The room wasn’t clean; sheets were clean, but desk had melted chocolate in 3 places and the rest of the desk top was dirty as evidenced by marks of a rag having been swiped over it. The shower was actually dirty, with some kind of dirt on the floor and hair stuck in a couple of spots on the wall. The shampoo bottle was bone dry. The room itself presents fine and the mattresses were comfortable. Staff were friendly, hospitable, bringing shampoo for my wife (no shampoo for me as I was already in the shower when I noticed there was nothing in the shampoo bottle.
