The rooms are simple furniture wise, but are spotlessly clean and have everything you need, including a lovely bathroom, and a very comfortable bed. All areas of the hotel are also spotless, and staff are very friendly. Lots of free parking, a selection of shops and restaurants nearby, and a vast area of walking paths behind the hotel.

I stayed here for 4 nights to attend a seminar. The room was very clean and in excellent condition. Very reasonable rates for a room with a full kitchen. The staff I interacted with were helpful, housekeeping staff kept the room in great condition each day. Well insulated walls I think, I barely heard any noises from nearby rooms, quiet, great for a good night sleep. The location is near the airport so a bit far from downtown or south part of Calgary. I would definitely stay here again.
Full Kitchenette with stove top, dishwasher, fridge, microwave. Also has basic cookware, plates, bowls, utensils.

Staff were exceptionally rude when I tried to return to my room with food I HAD BROUGHT MYSELF DOWN TO BREAKFAST. Chased me to elevator with raised voices claiming I couldn’t take my own food back to my room! If I had been able to leave and get my money back, I would’ve checked out after one night.

We found the beds very hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were also uncomfortable. I wouldn’t stay again because of that, but it was a nice clean hotel. Our bathroom tap also sprayed everywhere if you turned it on more than a tiny bit. Some maintenance could be done.
