Housekeeping missed broken toilet seat and tub that doesn't drain. If they can miss that, what else are they not cleaning? I was given a new room but it strongly smelt like the previous people who stayed in it. So not clean.

I really enjoyed the rooms they were clean and had enough room to enjoy visiting as well as sleeping. I rented the suite and had friends over to visit. It was nice and roomy and I would book that room again the next time I pass through

This was my second stay, and it was disappointing to find the kitchenette empty despite requesting essentials in advance. I had to ask twice before the items were finally delivered the next day. The staff explained that they no longer keep these items in the rooms because some previous guests have been stealing them. [To the few people who steal from hotels: please stop, as your actions make it difficult for the hotel to provide a good experience for honest guests.] While I understand the hotel's struggle with theft, the way it was communicated felt unprofessional, and I was quoted a higher price for a return visit with no loyalty discount. I have moved my business to the Super 8 instead.
