Staff knew in the morning that their climate control was not working and were not informing guests when they checked in in the afternoon and evening. Only after being in my room for an hour did I notice the temperature continuing to rise - and then only when I complained to the front desk did they admit that the HVAC system had gone down that morning and wouldn't be fixed until the following day. Rather than inform guests of this issue upon arrival, they were allowing them to check-in only to realize on their own that they would be sleeping in a sauna. Horrible experience.

Staff was really good! The only thing that would prevent me from ing staying again is the 40$ per night valet fee. I know this is downtown but the hotel really needs to provide parking underground at a reasonable cost.
