We were great with a warm friendly smile upon entering. Hotel and room were clean. Had a really good sleep. Pool and hot tub were clean and good temperature. Staff was very friendly in the morning. Check out was easiest place we stayed for our 5 day trip :) highly recommend

Hotel needs a total renovation. The room was mostly clean, some dust We had a nice big room with a couch that was very uncomfortable and old.

The room was very nice and in good condition but the thermostat did not work very well. It was quite warm in the room when we arrived but when we turned down the temperature it started blowing cold air and the fan wouldn’t turn down (the room did not have any extra blankets). Burrrr! The pillows were soft but very puffy. It would be nice to have a couple flat ones, as an option. We had to ask the staff member several times where certain things were (ex: the breakfast room, the exercise room, the pool, etc) and each time he was in his back office, not at the front desk, and we had to wait quite a long time for him to come out. There was also a loud buzzing sound in the stairwell and again we had to wait for him to come out of the back room to mention it to him. The food was delicious and there was a lot of it! There was also a good variety to choose from.
