Rooms were clean. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Was very busy because of hockey teams there but everything quiet down by 10 PM. Go during the week instead if you can. Great location close to Cross iron Mills and Costco.

Pool and hot tub need some TLC. Room had hair on the sheets and had some repairs done to the wall, but was never painted. Breakfast was subpar, turkey bacon was warmed up but not cooked. Wont stay again.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. When I checked into my room, I found a bloody Kleenex in the bathroom and the entire area felt dirty and unclean. I immediately notified the front desk, and they assured me it would be taken care of. However, when I returned to my room at the end of the day, nothing had been cleaned or addressed. This level of neglect is completely unacceptable, and it made my stay very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

After a long day on our feet, the beds were so clean and comfy. Breakfast was great as well. Would definitely come back. Only thing is if you are looking for food maybe grab something at the mall. Not a lot next to the hotel. But now that we know that we would grab a to go from the mall. There’s lots of options in there. Staff were great.

The room was very clean and nicely appointed. The staff was very upbeat. We really enjoyed the breakfasts. The pool and hot tub were so nice at the end of a long day. The general ambiance of the place was pleasant. When we are in the area again, we will definitely stay there.
