The absolute best staff ever, I stayed at hundreds of hotels and this had in all departments great helpful people , every single on , they need praise because you r my hotel when I want to take a break Also the having the water slide and pool separate amazing , the rooms so nice a clean , the beds comfy and breakfast yummy .

When we arrived our room was freezing cold (it was -15 outside). We had to call for more blankets and someone to look at the heat controls. Our room was right next to the stairwell and the elevator was out, so all we heard all night and early morning was the door to the stairs opening and closing. Also, our tv wouldn’t work this morning (but it did last night)

We had a wonderful family stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and our room was very clean and well maintained. The staff were all friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the kitchen and custodial teams. Erik at the front desk was a great help as he is willing to assist with anything we needed even if its late night. We also really appreciated that the hotel is pet-friendly, as we were traveling with our dog, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

The staff was incredible. The hide-a-bed broken so they gave us an additional room. Loved the layout of the sleep six - one bedroom (two sinks outside the bathroom.) The elevator was broken but they told us in advance giving us an opportunity to cancel if we needed to.
