We had several issues with the key cards. They never worked and we had to request new cards every day during our 3 day stay. One has to try 20 times for the key card to work and let you into your room. Extremely frustrating especially coming late at night when you’re already exhausted from a long day

The room was great. Clean and comfortable to stay with. We appreciate that there's laundry available late at night, with soap thru a vending machine too, as we were just travelling from Ontario. Access to the side doors at night, would have been nice, as our room is closer to that door. It would have been easier to get stuff in and out.
