This little gem never fails to impress me! Kudos to the staff as they are super helpful and professional, specially Indra at the breakfast who really goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Room was okay the thermostat and fan didn’t work properly. TV was too complicated to operate no instructions in the room. Food was okay most days it was cold, toaster was not working properly. Stayed at CI&S numerous times before with no issues.

Furniture very filthy , I have stayed two days even reception furniture is dirty I think they have not Change for 2 Decades Staff is good . Carpet of the room and hallway is sagging so dirty . Sinks are for the kids . Over all dirty hotel . Depends what you like.
