Blood stain on the towel and bed sheet and the cleaner lady was blaming us and telling we did that even tho it was only been 30min that we were in the room and we just took shower and noticed the blood on the towel and on the bed sheet after!

The rooms are very damaged they will try to find somthing to take youre deposit They spy on you they will also walk in at 9 am to take garbage out and check bathroom so if your sleeping they will wake you up and dont sleep naked like i did i got a surprise. ... Staff will walk by you and everytime ask what room number you are After 8 pm they lock the front door and you have to call them to let you in they wont give code to door . So if you smoke it sucks If you use the pool they watch you in the window so its creepy 😬 The lights in the bathroom fliker and everything in the room is riped up like it just had a high-school party Breakfast is terrible when staff is making eye contact the hole time

Room was good, staff good. Didn't use hot tub, didn't have breakfast because I had a 7:00 am flight and had to catch the 3:20 am shuttle back to the airport. The reason for the low rating was because I asked for a 2:40am wake up call to get ready to catch the shuttle. Shortly after I discovered that the phone in the room wasn't working. I went down to the desk and they confirmed that the phone in my room wasn't working. They said the someone would come up and knock on my door to wake me up. I was awake at 2:00am after getting very little sleep and decided to get up, and good thing I did, no one knocked at my door until 3:00am! Had I been sleeping, I would have missed the shuttle, and the 4:20 shuttle wouldn't have got me there on time, I may have missed my flight to Mexico. I was very disappointed!

The suite we stayed in needs some professional repair on the cieling, looks like a first time diy job was done on it. Water in the shower kept going cold. And bed was really firm, not to our liking.

Everything was good, however we had a sofa bed and it was broken. It ended up getting partially fixed but ypu still felt like you were sleeping on a hill, upsidedown and it had absolutely no cushion left in the matress. They also were not fresh sheets.
