Our room was clean and the staff were helpful and polite. The breakfast was disappointing for the lack of variety. I was unhappy the parking lot was not maintained and cleaned during the snow.

We were pleasantly surprised to be told our room was upgraded to a suite with a king size bed. This is for us appreciated as I get up earlier and could set on the couch with a light on without disturbing my husband.
