The young lady at the front desk was a lifesaver! She patiently answered all our questions and was super friendly. The rooms were a bit dated, which is understandable given the hotel's age from the 60s. Still, it was a comfortable stay. We appreciated her help throughout our visit!

The bed was extremely uncomfortable - no support whatsoever. It was like laying on pillows - instantly sink in. The AC took forever to kick in. The hallway was stinky.

They had power out my first night and construction early in the morning. I’ve got no rest. I asked for my money back for the remaining five days and they refused. I’m sorry I picked this place but I would not stay here again.

I didn’t stay here. Weather prevented me from getting here. I had prepayed the room, and they wouldn’t offer a refund. I wouldn’t stay here if I were traveling to Calgary if the room was free.Beware of prepaid rooms.

The hotel was very run down and dingy. Couldn’t even lift my head or arm with out the bed squeezing loudly. No ice machine. No conditioner for your shower. Dirty balcony, stairs, hallway. Very outdated. It was cheap and you get what you pay for.

Hotel is old and not the most cleaned. However, bed sheets were clean, sleep was good and shower was hot and good. For the price there is no real complaint. If you're doing a quick overnight with low cost. Its ok!
