Upon arrival I noticed the area was unsafe, run down, located right beside the hwy so it was noisy. The foyer was clean. Heading up to our room it looked worn down and the carpets were difficult to roll a suitcase on. Our first room was old and smelly. The moved us to a different room, still run down certainly not a four star rating as posted. A 3 star at best, the AC was minimal and we were located beside a very noisy large fan outside. The room was so hot we had no choice but to listen to the noise. The beds were hard, the shower had hair stuck to the ceiling which was not ours. The water coming out of the taps smelt moldy. I wanted to cancel our reservation but they said they couldn’t due to being booked on Expedia. I was very disappointed and I will never stay there again. I will also hesitate to book on Expedia because the hotel rating and photos are a catfish lie. My first response was to walk out of the hotel and find a different hotel but because it was done on Expedia I could not. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Everything in this hotel was great and perfect. The only issue was in the bathroom, even though there was a shower curtain, water still flowed into the toilet area while taking a shower. It was really annoying because I had to put all the towels on the floor to stop the water from spreading from the shower area to the rest of the bathroom.
