We would never get a room close to the elevators again! Loud people coming and going all night, plus the people in the room beside us (I think they were some of the athletes) were up until after 1:00am talking loud and laughing so loud I couldn't sleep. The pillows made a "crunching" sound because of the pillow cases. Not a fan. Also the mattress was rather saggy and uncomfortable.

This is a terrific hotel. It is clean, nicely decorated and the staff were so very welcoming. I live outside of town but when I come to Calgary I will definitely stay here. I would like to be on the contact list so I can make plans.

We were greeted immediately by both front desk staff and promptly checked in. Noisy nights with kids running up and down the hallway till 11 pm. Coffee maker leaked: reported. No blackout curtains over the window, although no other buildings with a view in. I found we lost heat through that window so we had to turn up the heat a lot. Will stay again.
