The staff was very friendly, even though they were busy when we checked in, it was fast and easy. The room was very clean and surprisingly spacious. The breakfast provided was warm and delicious.

We stayed one night as a family, and overall had a mixed experience. The building and property are definitely more dated than the pictures on the website suggest, and the common areas/exterior don’t give the best first impression. That said, the hotel staff were exceptional—friendly and attentive—and the breakfast was excellent, easily one of the better ones we’ve had at a hotel. Our room was very clean (which pleasantly surprised us given the condition of the common spaces), and the beds were extremely comfortable. Cable TV options were more limited than most hotels, but we didn’t mind too much for a short stay. One downside is the area around the hotel and the attached gaming lounge, which seemed to draw a rougher crowd. There were quite a few smokers and people hanging around who didn’t appear to be guests, which made the property feel less inviting. All in all, this hotel has some strong positives—great staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, and a top-notch breakfast—but it also has some drawbacks that might make it less ideal for families or those looking for a more updated, comfortable environment.

Hotel.com advertises this hotel having a pool they need to correct that there is no pool and we took our kids out and had nothing to do all night
