We stayed here in April and had a lovely stay, but this time around, I was disappointed. The bath tub was peeling, the taps were backwards in the tub (hot was cold, cold was hot), sheets had holes in them and the heat in our room didn't work. Also, the toilets are a great height if you're 5, but if you're an adult, the low height can be a bit challenging. The double queen room was definitely disappointing. I don't know if I'll book here again on my next trip to Calgary.

If you are looking for just a place to stay - this is it. HOWEVER, there are MANY things wrong with this property. Cleanliness, broken appliances not to mention train tracks and trains directly next door. Hope you like the sounds of trains... every 30 minutes. Funny enough, they didn't even ask me how my stay was...

Housekeeping was friendly to answer some of my questions. Room we had was clean. The only downside is they didn’t offer breakfast during our stay as the restaurant was under renovation. The pool was also clean and well maintained.
