I enjoyed the apartment-like qualities of this “residence and hotel.” The price for my stay of 4 nights was rather inexpensive, the room was comfortable, staff were friendly and attentive, the location was very convenient. If you use the laundry room (thanks to Amenida) the wash takes at least 30-35 minutes, the dryer is similar (no times were posted and staff didn’t know). Not necessarily staff’s fault but people drop stuff on the floor and do

Hotel is quite basic. Needs updating. Walls were paper thin and we could hear all the goings on in the next room as if they were in our room. And of course noisy people partying all through the night. Went to the front desk to ask to change rooms and told no. Not becuase they were full, just they dont do that. Horrible sleep - or lack thereof..

I will commend the staff that check us in last night. At first he put us in a room but our next door neighbor is coughing and hacking, even when windows are closed. I phoned and asked if we could be transferred in a more quieter room. Theo was fast in making decisions and transfered us to another room right away. Excellent service. Much appreciated.
