Checked out earlier this morning, still here lost in the hallways. Can’t understand how going down a floor from the lobby puts me on the third floor somehow but I hope to get home sometime next week

The carpet had many stains. We had only 2 bath towels, no hand towels, no face cloths. We saw a housekeeping employee in the hallway and asked for 2 hand towels and 2 facecloths. When we got back that evening they had brought 1 facecloth and 1 hand towel (there were 3 of us staying in the room). In the morning (9:00) we went to make coffee and only had 1 coffee cup and phoned the front desk and asked for 1 more coffee cup and a face cloth and hand towel. By the time we checked out we had not received anything. We complained at the front desk before leaving and she told us she was sorry but they did not have any housekeeping staff to bring us a cup or towels. Maybe she could have told us that when we phoned and asked for the cup and towels! Overall very dissatisfied with our stay and will not be returning!

Getting to the room is a walk, poor signs and the doors outside to even come from the parking lot are locked after 10… so you have to walk a good bit to get to the front door, our room had stuff on the desk from previous people, one garbage can for the entire room, elevator was sketchy and light hanging out, pillows were not comfy and super flat. But great location if you are wanting to be near the saddledome.

there was a huge glob of toothpaste on the mirror boarder, the towels smelled musty and the train was SUPER loud. Also the ice machines were all broken and most doors were locked making it difficult to get to my room easily

A one night stay

The price was ok for a one night stay. However the room had a broken airconditioner with masking tape holding the vent to the window. The airconditioner was also very load because of this. The ice machine was broken. The bed was comfortable and the room clean.

I booked my room on September 7, 2025, hoping to get some rest after a long day. When I got my key, the hallway smelled like urine. Inside the room, the air conditioning was not working. I asked to change rooms, but was told none were available. I could not open the window for fresh air, and it was very hot. The staff gave me a fan, but it was still uncomfortable. I also smelled cigarette smoke in the room, likely from people smoking inside. Because of the heat and the smell, I barely slept.
