Alberta health services has shut down the hot tub due to human faeces. Gym has 2 sets of dumbbells, 3lbs and 4lbs. Toilet paper holder was held on the wall with Green painters tape. Beds were comfy, hotel staff was extremely friendly. But unless the hotel itself puts money into this building, the staff won’t be enough to keep people coming back.

The room could have been cleaned properly, the fan vent filter of the unit should be cleaned every time it's dirty, when I cleaned off the fan, the dust was so thick on the vent, I had no trouble getting it off. The floor could have been vacuumed better. The walls in the bathroom are so dirty, that you can see the sweat from the shower steam, which tells me the washroom vent needs to be cleaned, it's so loud. The phone didn't work at all. Under the tv/dresser/microwave, is filthy. The top drawer has a pair of underwear in it. Too bad there weren't more channels, not everyone wants to watch the news.

The room was very clean, we have stayed here many times. The breakfast has seemed to go down hill a bit with the new management but overall edible. The staff is also very very nice!!
