I really enjoyed staying at the Acclaim. I like using the stairs and they have an open and inviting stairway that made parking at one end of the hotel super convenient. The attached restaurant is very good and the roof top hot tubs are much nicer than being inside a pool room.

Great room! Kuerig coffee machine. Microwave and small fridge. coffee/desk/makeup area. Robes to wear and/or purchase. Desk in the corner of room. Nice sink with room on both sides to put your stuff on. Large tub/shower. Clean room with king sized bed. Front desk check-in was very informative and thorough and efficient.

We have stayed at this property many times before, this was my first time being disappointed. The room I booked was not what we were given, yes it was still decent but i purposely always book a room with a stand up shower. I have a bad leg and getting in and out of those huge tubs is almost impossible for me. I almost fell getting out. The only reason I didn't complain at the property was because we were exhausted and just wanted to go to sleep. Also the room smelled like stale cigarettes. Not pleasant. Will this prevent me from staying again? No, but I was definitely disappointed this time around.

If you need a shuttle from the airport, you’re told to call the hotel. After calling for 35 minutes with no answer, a shuttle finally showed up. And when I arrived at the hotel there was a 25 minute wait to check in because of the insanely long line
