Charming independent cottage of about 60 sqm, built entirely in stone in the traditional "tabarkino" style, with large windows. Located in a panoramic area with sea and mountain views, the property is surrounded by unspoiled nature—perfect for those seeking a relaxing, private holiday in close contact with the outdoors.



Ideal for 2 to 4 guests, it can accommodate up to 6 thanks to a practical double sofa bed in the living area surrounded by windows.



The cottage features a well-kept 1,000 sqm garden with many trees and plants, outdoor lighting for evenings, spacious private parking, barbecue, outdoor shower, covered veranda, and gazebo with sports equipment, as well as free Wi-Fi.



The property is about 2 km from Spiaggia Grande and 5 km from Calasetta. Access is via about 300 meters of well-maintained dirt road.

Een heerlijk rustig en sfeervol huisje in een mooie omgeving

Pros: Het is een zeer charmant huisje met een mooie tuin en fijne plekjes om te relaxen. Hele rustige omgeving. De zonsopkomst is schitterend. Dan zie je ook de mooie vogels zoals de bijeneter. In de omgeving zijn mooie stranden en dorpjes te bezoeken. Een fijn en warm welkom, goed contact met de host. Cons: Sommige dingen hadden iets schoner gekund.

Relax e quiete a Calasetta

Pros: La casa è immersa in un bellissimo giardino, comprensivo di doccia esterna, tante are ombreggiate, sdraio, tavolo e camino/bbq utilizzabile e funzionante. Abbiamo anche potuto portare con noi in spiaggia degli ombrelloni a nostra disposizione. La casa è raggiungibile tramite un ultimo tratto di strada sterrata (ben tenuta), non è in prossimità diretta del mare ma gode di un ampio panorama (tra cui appunto anche il mare). Ottima soluzione per rilassarsi in semplicità. Cons: Alcuni dettagli del bagno sono migliorabili (funzionalità della doccia), ma niente di cui lamentarsi!
