We are in Calasetta, a small town located on the northern tip of the island of Sant’Antioco, in the Sulcis archipelago. Sottotorre Beach is just 400 m from the property.

The interior consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette, and a bathroom.



The 60-square-meter apartment is located on the raised first floor (a few steps to access) of a building without an elevator.



The interior layout is as follows:

- BEDROOM 1 with a double bed, closet, dresser, and “Pinguino” air conditioner;

- BEDROOM 2 with two single beds, closet, portable air conditioner;

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, table with chairs, Smart TV, portable air conditioner;

- KITCHENETTE with induction cooktop, moka pot and coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, oven and microwave, toaster, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses;

- BATHROOM with shower, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, clothesline, mosquito screens.



PLEASE NOTE: There is NO heating in the accommodation.

Air conditioning is provided only via a portable air conditioner.

7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax to the municipality of Calasetta, which is €1.00 per person for the first 5 nights. Children under 12 and adults over 70 are exempt.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating may be used and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Cagliari Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



Note: Completing registration and paying the tourist tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

The apartment is located in Calasetta, a small town situated on the northern tip of the island of Sant’Antioco, in the Sulcis archipelago. The area offers a lively atmosphere all season long, with concerts, performances in the town square, and shops that are always open.

Just 400 meters from the property is Sottotorre Beach, a picturesque and breathtaking beach with white sand and crystal-clear water. Also in the area are La Salina Beach, Spiaggia sulle Rocce Rosse, and Spiaggia Grande; for the latter two, we recommend traveling by car.

In about a 10-minute walk, you can reach the ferry terminal for Carloforte and visit the wonderful island of San Pietro.
