Belle propriété en pierre de caractère, idéale pour se retrouver en famille ou avec des amis, bien située entre Caen et la mer. Des propriétaires/ hôtellerie très agréables, préoccupés du confort de leurs hôtes, très bonne communication et proactifs pour les réparations à faire. Malgré tout, il faisait assez froid dans la maison avec un chauffage qui fonctionnait mal et un poêle en panne. Quelques meubles, comme les canapés, pourrait être améliorés/changés.

Propriété agréable mais des améliorations peuvent être apportées.

La propriété est charmante et propre, mais certains aspects peuvent être améliorés au niveau de l'entretien général (câbles apparents, cache-prises qui ne tiennent pas, ampoules à changer, une porte de wc qui ne ferme pas,... la liste de ces petits détails est longue.) et au niveau de la sécurité pour les enfants au dernier étage. Attention, deux des chambres (celles destinées aux enfants) sont en enfilade. Le logement est sinon bien équipé et les environs sont agréables pour faire des balades. Caen est facilement accessible en voiture.

Vacances riche en histoire

Maison bien situé pour visiter la région, situé entre 10 et 45 min de nombreux sites touristiques. Très belle maison, bien équipé, malgré le four et le lave vaisselle en panne. Par contre il faisait un peu froid le soir et les Radiateurs ne chauffait pas. Il aurait fallu allumer le poêle mais granulé a notre charge, dommage. ..

sejour joyeux

5 jours enfamille dans une charmante maison de caractère ,très au calme ,confortable ,quelques menus détails à corriger signalés au service conciergerie ,à deux pas de sîtes que nous voulions visiter .Les 2 enfants ont pu s'ébattre dans les deux jardins dont l'un avait des accessoires de jeux,alors que les adultes se désaltéraient dans le salon de jardin .Je voudrais ajouter la facilité pour contacter les 2 jeunes femmes de la conciergerie .Hébergement à conseiller vivement .
