Beautiful clean hotel, very helpful and pleasant staff. Unsecured car parking was available in front of the hotel (very rare in Cairo). The roof where breakfast is served has excellent views of the pyramids. The hotel is convenient for the pyramids and the new Cairo museum, but far from the city centre.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely excellent! The staff were incredible always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with any questions or requests I had. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I strongly recommend watching the sunset from the rooftop; the view is breathtaking and truly an unforgettable experience. The staff were easily a 10/10 and made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

I had an amazing stay at The Palace Pyramids Hotel! The food was some of the best we had during our trip, and the free breakfast was a wonderful bonus. The view of the pyramids while having breakfast was absolutely incredible and made the experience even more special. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They made me and my wife feel comfortable and well taken care of from the moment we arrived. We truly enjoyed our time here, and we will definitely be visiting again next year. Lovely staff that could not have been more helpful. Do not be put off by the area the hotel is in or first appearances, there are a lot of stairs and no lift but the view from the roof bar/restaurant is stunning and needs to be seen at sunset. I was travelling solo and felt very safe in the hotel, the room was cleaned daily and no request was too much trouble. The beds were very comfortable and the showers rooms were very clean and warm. For the amount I paid per night I could not fault it.
