Never in my life have I had such an awfull experience at a "hotel".
I had ordered a "basic suite" with mountain view, but instead I got what could best be describes a prison cell. A small room, with broken furniture and DIRTY sheets.
Yes, I slepts in used sheets. And when complaining about it, they just said "sorry sorry"
They claim to have daily cleaning but in the 7 days, it was not cleaned once. Reception was manned by small boys, that couldn´t communicate and just looked at you like you were an idiot.
On the last day, we just had enough and went somewhere else to sleep.
