Sehr schöne Lage am See und Haus mit italienischem Flair. Leider nicht Mängelfrei.
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Jedoch länger wollten wir nicht verweilen, weil die Bilder mehr versprochen haben. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit schön bezogenen Decken und Kissen abgebildet und dann sind im Oktober nur Leintücher und eine Wolldecke drauf. Einige von uns hatten es zu kalt.Wir hatten extrem viel Ungeziefer im Haus. Das kleine Bad mit WC und Dusche hat kein Waschbecken mehr so dass man zum Händewaschen ins andere Bad gehen muss, und die Dusche selbst ist unappetitlich schimmelig. Auch die Ausstattung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Gläser waren trüb und es sind keine 3 gleichen Gläser oder Tassen vorhanden. Auch keine großen Weingläser. Alles irgendwie zusammengestückelt. Das schöne Grundstück und die Lage machen das leider nicht wett. Hier muss dringend was getan werden. Fabio, unser Ansprechpartner von Happy Rentals war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Familienfeiern am Lago Monate
Sehr schöne Lage direkt am See, ideal für Ruhe suchende Geniesser. Für Teenager wäre ein etwas touristischer Ort idealer.
