I was very disappointed to learn that guests staying at Villa del Palmar are not permitted to use the amenities at Villa del Arco. This restriction was never disclosed to us before our stay. Our group included approximately 35 family members staying at Villa del Palmar, while my family of four stayed at Villa del Arco. We had planned to spend time together during our vacation, but our family was not allowed to come to Villa del Arco to enjoy the pools or other amenities. This was extremely frustrating and took away from what was supposed to be a family vacation. To make matters worse, several staff members were unprofessional and unwilling to help or offer any reasonable solution. Rather than showing understanding or trying to accommodate our situation, we felt dismissed. Had we known about this policy in advance, we would have booked everyone at the same resort. I believe this information should be clearly communicated during the booking process so guests can make informed decisions. Unfortunately, this experience left us disappointed and negatively impacted our vacation.

We had the best vacation here. It was our anniversary and in our room was desserts for us to celebrate. The hotel is beautiful but what really stood out is the amazing staff in the restaurants and the beach. Flavio in the breakfast buffet was awesome, he remembered what we liked to drink and Edwardo at the beach, he kept the ice tea and the waters coming. The whole vacation was great, can’t wait to go back.
