This superb one-bedroom retreat features a large bedroom with 2 queen beds, a living room with a sofa bed, and two full bathrooms. perfect for extra guests or families. 6 person max occupancy.
Other room amenities include 2 TVs, individual air conditioning controls, ceiling fans, private safe, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. At Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort, enjoy access to 12 restaurants, snack bars, 6 swimming pools and several swim-up bars. The resort complex is large enough to accommodate the needs of guests looking for family-friendly amenities and still provide a level of privacy for those guests who prefer Adult-centered areas. Purchase the All-Inclusive package so you might enjoy unlimited food and drinks all day every day. At your option, the owner can assist you with the purchase of an All-Inclusive plan at the discounted “member cost”. Great savings!

ALL INCLUSIVE MEAL PLAN & WIFI OPTION...
The all inclusive meal plan is optional and would be payable directly to the resort after the reservation is officially transferred into your name. They require a minimum purchase of 3 consecutive days, and it must cover all guests staying in the same unit. Their lowest current discounted rate for purchasing the all inclusive and paying prior to your arrival date is roughly $120/night per adult (cheaper for kids under 18 and seniors over 60 and free for toddlers age 0-4). Even if you choose not to purchase the all inclusive, you can still use your credit card (or room charge) for all of the resort restaurants, bars and room service. In addition, there are lots of great affordable restaurants, bars and nightclubs in downtown Cabo, just a 5 minute cab ride from the resort! WiFi service is included free with the all inclusive option, otherwise it costs $12/day or $6/day paid prior to arrival. WiFi packages cover up to 4 devices connected at a time.
THIS RENTAL DOES NOT INCLUDE THE COST OF ANY FOOD OR DRINKS, AND AS OF 2025, THE GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE TO PAY 79.20 PESOS (CURRENTLY ABOUT $4 USD) PER ROOM PER NIGHT AT CHECK-IN OR CHECK-OUT FOR THE LOS CABOS ENVIRONMENTAL SANITATION TAX.
Due to the strong undertow on the Pacific Ocean, there is no swimming allowed in the ocean right on Sunset Beach. However, there are several massive freeform pool areas with swim-up restaurant/bars and spectacular views available -- including the beachfront pool area and the new 'Sky Pool' with an amazing view overlooking the entire resort! The soft, clean sand at Sunset Beach is ideal for long walks or an afternoon game of beach volleyball. The resort even provides free use of cabanas with lounge chairs, both poolside and on the beach!
Sunset Beach is only 10 minutes drive or a free 15 minute Mercedes bus shuttle ride to the calm swimming waters and watersports available at Medano Beach (on the Sea of Cortez) and the adjacent marina -- walking distance from downtown's famous nightclubs: Cabo Wabo, Hard Rock Cafe, and El Squid Roe! At the Medano Beach sister properties (Rose & Blanco), you can enjoy exclusive access to the private Pueblo Bonito roped-off section on the sand with chaise lounge chairs, cabanas and full waiter service -- and you can even charge your food & drinks to your room back at Sunset Beach!
