* Downtown Cabo San Lucas: Our Villa is a quick shuttle or taxi ride to the famous nightlife and restaurants in Cabo.
* The main street, Larazo Cardenas, is a 5-minute drive or a 17-minute walk.
* The white-sand beach of Costa Azul is a 25-minute drive, and the charming town of San José del Cabo, with its cobblestone streets and art scene, is a 30-minute drive.

Any other dates desired, or any dates not listed as confirmed, are considered a "REQUEST DATE." The site may allow you to book a "REQUEST DATE" listing and even send you an auto response, but it is NOT CONFIRMED and will not be charged to you until we call the Resort as Owners to check availability, since this can change daily. Please note that VACATION TRAVEL EXCLUSIVES reserves the right to cancel any booking that is a REQUEST without first receiving confirmation from the Resort, which may delay the booking.
~You will receive our "GUEST CERTIFICATE" well before your 7 days of check-in. This will show you are an Owner's Guest and your pampering will begin!!!

~AVAILABILITY can change, unless specified in your quote (good for 24 hours) and until reservations are confirmed with the Resort and paid to VTE.
