First day we arrived to our room, there were a couple issues concerning one of our showers, sink and a burnt out light. Problem was upon initial call for assistance, me and my guests waited for about an hour and a half. We were hungry after a long flight and last thing we needed was to wait that long. I had to call back and demanded to speak to a manager until I received assistance. Finally someone showed up about 20 minutes later but then left and didn’t come back. Just frustrating dealing with that after a long trip

The views were beautiful. The design and architecture of the resort buildings were impressive. The resort buildings and infrastructure are in need of upgrades .The ventilation system was so loud I had to wear ear plugs to bed. The biggest disappointment was the lack of fine dining options for dinner. The Market was awesome both in design, dining options, and food quality but the restaurants were all disappointing. The food was less than appealing and there were more flies than a garbage dump. We paid extra for all inclusive dining but there were no fine dining options unless you paid extra charges! (Average $70 plus USD per person per meal. This was unexpected and very disappointing!

We stayed here for 4 days in mid-September with 7 adults and a baby (3 rooms). I convinced my family to book at this resort because my husband and I had an amazing stay at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica in 2022. Unfortunately, this place was nowhere near the same experience. The resort feels old and in need of a lot of maintenance. Two of our rooms had no water for about 6 hours one day, with zero notice. One of the rooms had very obvious warer damage on the ceiling. Our room had a constant loud noise in the bathroom pipes (literally sounded like a snoring dog). We walked in to find a dead cockroach in the bathroom. On day 2, the hallway outside our room reeked like rotting trash, they fixed it after a few hours, but it was disgusting. The elevator buttons on our floor didn’t work on the last 2 days of our stay, so we had to hike up and down a floor to call it. There is no mini bar in the rooms, and when you call room service they’ll only bring 2 alcoholic drinks per person at a time (super annoying when you’re a group). The worst part: while my nephew was playing in the kids pool, we found a big piece of broken glass in the water. After I talked to one of the night supervisors about our experience, as a courtesy she offered to credit the extra charges on all 3 rooms (~$70 each). At time of checkout, the day supervisor refused to honor that and only credited 2 of the rooms, so all we got was about $150 back for everything we dealt with.

Enjoy the staff very much. Our room could use some repairs. Shower cold/hot knob could not stop the running water. I called and it got repaired a day later. But above all the AC needs to work in cabo. Building 21 was a hot mess for much of our stay.

Everyone was super friendly. I give it an 8 out of 10 only because I really wanted to try out Frida restaurant and the Skypool but they were both closed for maintenance. Also, if you go with a party of 6 or more, I suggest you get 2 rooms instead of one. The sofa bed is not comfortable. Other than that, the food was incredible! The vibes were simply amazing.

The staff were not hospitable for our vacation and made me not want to return to cabo. If I do return to Cabo I most definitely will not be staying at this resort. Unsanitary rooms, not a good place for culinary, extra charges everywhere, not worth the money or the time spent. The only this as a plus was the beautiful nature but they have nothing to do with that. Unable to access the beach and the pools are only open during certain times. Everything was under construction and below average food. Customer service lacks heavily most staff members acted like they didn’t want to do the simplest things. If you want to feel like your working to have fun or enjoy then come here.

Great food. A lot to walk but nice to have cart transportation. Easy to find places in the large resort. Check in was simple. Upset with the cleanliness of our hot tub at the room upgrade we booked. Nothing special is done for honeymoons here. Overall satisfied with our stay.
