We had a great stay at Alex's place in Cabo. It worked really well for our family of 5 with three teens. We had plenty of space and having three bathrooms was a huge plus. My son did say the pull out couch was pretty uncomfortable but if he was shorter it probably would have been fine as a couch to sleep on, or even sleeping in the chaise lounge in the king room. We ended up using a couple of the outdoor cushions under a sheet to make it more comfortable. The balconies were amazing - you can't beat the view. They overlook the adults-only pool (which made it easy to see when chairs were available) and the ocean, and we regularly saw whales from the balcony.We ate at the pool grills at two of the pools for a few meals, which were both great, but mostly went into downtown/the marina for meals and grocery runs. The resort itself is gorgeous (I think the pics, even on the resort's website, don't do it justice - it's REALLY nice in person). It's also pretty large, but golf carts make it easy to get around. One thing to note is the location - it's about 20 mins from downtown/the marina. The free shuttle to the sister resort near the marina only runs every two hours, so if the timing didn't work, we relied on taxis/Ubers. If you plan to leave the resort often, it's worth factoring that additional transportation cost into your budget. Overall, this place was a great fit for our family and our needs, and we would absolutely recommend staying here.
