This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is ideal for your Cabo Vacation! You will love the community area where you can swim, relax, work out, or play some games at the clubhouse area.

The condo provides an open space floor plan for the kitchen area and living room area. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans and utensils for those that love to cook and have a nice breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the condo! The living room provides unbelievable ocean views that allow for our guests to relax, watch a nice movie on Netflix, and have a nice view of the ocean at the same time.

The master bedroom is off the living room and offers a King size bed with ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has a slider that opens up to the terrace area where there is seating and a BBQ available. You can also access the terrace from the living room area too.

The guest bedroom is located off the kitchen area, where you will have an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom provides 2 twin beds or we can convert into 1 King bed by request.

The condo is located in Tramonti which offers a clubhouse area with community pool, kids pool area, game room, and gym. You will also have access to a basketball court and tennis/pickle ball court.

You will love staying here as the condo is only a short 5 minute drive to a grocery store or 10 minute drive to downtown San Lucas where the marina, Medano Beach, and many restaurants are located.

Beautiful views and great location!

We recently spent a week in this beautiful condo over the Christmas holiday. Right from the beginning the property management company was awesome and did a wonderful job communicating. They were ready to answer questions before the trip and handled any issues during. The check-in process was super easy and we were let into the property by one of the property management employees. The condo was very comfortable and well stocked with every day items. The view was spectacular and made for great sunsets! You could even see the whales breaching in the morning! The grounds were well maintained and kept very clean. The pool was heated and great for our toddler who enjoyed the shallow parts. The location was great, easy access to Cabo San Lucas, and about a 30 minute drive to San Jose Del Cabo. The Fresko grocery store was also very close. We really enjoyed our holiday break with family in the Mexican Sun! Highly recommend this property!
