Come and stay with us in this luxurious condo with high end finishes. We plan to retire here so we have decorated the unit with upscale furniture and high end linens including 1000 thread count sheets and hotel quality towels. We travel extensively and wanted to make sure all of our guests’ needs were taken care of. From wine glasses to a Keurig, our kitchen provides everything you will need for your stay. Want to enjoy the outdoors? Our penthouse boasts a private hot tub, loungers to sunbathe and a seating area to enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine while gazing out at the ocean. We also have an outdoor gas grill and dining set for additional outdoor living. Ready to head to the beach? Our condo is equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, coolers and even beach toys for the kids. Need a quiet day? Relax in one of the two on-site pools. Whether you are a first time visitor to Cabo or a regular, we will make sure your visit is incredible. After you book, I will send you my personal list from airport transportation to the best places to eat. We also have a property manager that is available 24/7 during your stay. He will arrange your transportation and actives and greet you at check-in with his infamous homemade guacamole and chips and cold drinks.

This is a quiet complex and guests need to be respective of the other residents. The minimum age to rent the condo is 25 years old. This property is exactly as described. Walking distance to the beach and Walmart. Has many wonderful amenities provided by the owner and the roof top area is the most wonderful bonus. Would absolutely recommend this place for any family that wants to design their own fun in Cabo while having a home like atmosphere to lay their head every night.

Communication with the owner prior to our arrival was great . Hugo the property manager was on top of everything, was very helpful, offered advises when we asked for it. The place was really clean and modern, very conveniently located, 5 to 7 min walking to the beach, 15 to 20 min to the Marina. Still away from the nightlife loud music. They have beach supplies, and kitchen supplies Would come back stay here again.

This condo is gorgeous and very spacious. The terrace is great for grilling/dining and the rooftop deck is private and gets sun ALL DAY for tanning.Truly a perfect location with everything within walking distance- 5 min to the beach or 15 min to the marina. The property has 24 hour gated entry with the nicest staff. Highly recommend!!

Loved the location, Hugo was very helpful in the check-in process. We loved the hot tub and used it often. Roomy for a group of four - many places to hang out - great room with kitchen was nice for the family. Outdoor patio and second floor patio was a great place to chill out and relax. Glad we booked this and would book again!

Great place!!

Lynne, the owner, was very prompt with communication and providing all the information for a smooth check-in. Hugo, the property manager is amazing!! It's a little noisy with traffic at all hours and the ambulances nearby. Easy walking to everything we needed and Ubers are always 1-3 minutes away. Note, if 2 people are using hair dryers at the same time in the 2 bathrooms, breaker will need to be reset. We just took turns. If you're looking for an ocean front view, this isn't it, though you can see the ocean from the roiftop deck. We enjoyed ourselves. Have Antonio, the chef, prepare you a meal! You'll be glad you did!!

602H Puertas Cabo Village

Condo was very comfortable, clean, well stocked, secure. Rooftop deck was much used, lots of seating & hot tub, able to see whales at a distance nearly every day. In unit laundry was appreciated, there was soap & dryer sheets provided. Kitchen had some condiments left from previous guests, well stocked with everything needed for cooking, but only 3 small spoons. Appliances are in Spanish, but easy to figure out. Two outdoor pools are available with comfortable water temperature. Beach access was a 5” walk, entry area had a lot of trash that was not picked up the week we were there. It seemed to be privately owned as there was a fee to park there. Endless vendors walk the beach selling a variety of hats, jewelry, massage, day trips.Marina area was a 20” walk, busy tourist area with many vendors too. Condo is noisy from traffic & nighttime club music, but there are white noise machines in both bedrooms. Wish there was recycling available, but didnt see any in the whole area. We had a lot of plastic bottles since tap water was not drinkable.Overall great place to stay.

Great Get Away and Property

The property was beautiful, and the manager was great. The only issue we had was intermittent water. The manager came and checked it out and checked all the shower heads, but it was a building issue, not an individual unit issue. It was a great stay besides that.

Week in Cabo

We enjoyed our stay here. Hot water was scarce in the early evening, but Cabo is a desert. It only affected us one day, but really didn't impact our trip or evening in any meaningful way. The property was nice and clean, the host was responsive, and the location was perfect if you like to walk. We would plan to stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Beautiful luxurious condo!

Stayed here for six nights on a girls trip and we all agree, it is a luxurious beautiful property. The furnishings are high-end, the kitchen is stocked better than most private residences, and it is clear the owner thought of all the fine details. The rooftop is where we spent most of our free time as it has an impeccably clean hot tub and very comfortable lounge chairs. 2 nice pools on property. Easy walk to Medano Beach and extremely easy to catch an Uber downtown or to the marina. Worth noting it is a quiet property and not necessarily a spot where kids would have a lot to do, which was fine by us. The only drawback to our stay is the constant traffic noise with a busy road directly next to the property and the loud live music downtown on the city side each night. The noise machines helped at night, but traffic noise was constant while sitting at the pool and out on the decks. Host is a great communicator and using Hugo for round trip airport transportation, including a stop at the supermarket, was really great. Thanks for a great stay! .

Condo conveniently located, all uber drives less then $5 to go to marina area and always here within 2 min. Short walk to beach and they have wagon available as well as cooler and beach chairs and even floatation devices. It's a complete package here. Take care of the things they give you access to because most places don't make these things available. The hosts really thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Hot tub on the top of building is amazing with great space to relax and enjoy the views of the mountains and the ocean. Can't say enough, perfect summs it all up

Great Stay in Cabo

We had a wonderful stay in Cabo. From the easy check in and assistance from Hugo, to the comfortable accommodations we were able to have a wonderful time. Having the beach chairs and umbrellas gave us the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful Blue Flag beaches of Cabo. The condo was easy walking distance to downtown San Lucas and Lynn’s restaurant recommendations made finding restaurants easy.

Home Away From Home

The condo was a perfect homebase after exploring the area. Air-conditioning worked great and the rooftop sunrises were a highlight. We enjoyed having space to work and relax - the whirlpool bathtub was a huge bonus. Close to the highway to get to downtown or back to San Jose del Cabo. Walking distance to Playa Medano. Wonderful condo!

This condo was exactly as advertised. Everything in it is high quality. It's two blocks from Medano Beach and the best restaurant, Tabasco's. Very easy to Uber to the marina. We all enjoyed it.
