A sense of arrival envelopes you and the cares of the world fade as you enter the inviting hacienda style courtyard complete with trickling fountain. An expansive great room with fine architectural detailing including custom doors and cabinetry, beamed ceilings and hand crafted and laid tile work provides views to the pool, Jacuzzi and Sea of Cortez. Four generous bedrooms, four and a half baths are all set on a single-level. Casita includes separate living, dining and kitchenette. A gourmet kitchen and wet bar in the main house Great Room are included for entertaining family and friends.
Guests may also access the private Punta Ballena Beach Club, tennis courts, walking paths, the Spa at Esperanza, along with elegant and casual dining options nearby.
