Me cargaron más de lo que costaba la habitación. Lo corregieron al siguiente día, pero aún así no fueron muy resolutivos en persona cuando pedí me aclararan lo que pasó. El cuarto huele a caño, usamos 3 cuartos de diferentes amigos y todos huelen igual. Había cabellos en el baño. El proceso de checkout es muy lento porque revisan todos los cuartos para ver que no falte nada, y necesitábamos salir rápido a un compromiso.

Es inaceptable que ya estando pagada la habitación en su totalidad, hagan al huésped ir obligatoriamente a las 3 p.m. a hacer el check in, siendo que se llamo confirmando que ya se encontraba en LOS CABOS pero estaba trabajando y que llegaría alrededor de las 6pm, y su proceso de facturación es muy lento.

Es un hotel nomás para dormir no tiene ni un lujo El lavamanos está dentro de la regadera eso es extraño No es muy seguro mucho tecolin en la zona
