Three bedrooms, one queen, and the other two have twin bunk beds, perfect for the kids and their friends. Living room, dining room, bathroom, deck, and wrap around porch. Fully equipped kitchen. Microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dish washer, stove and fridge. Washer and dryer on the first floor. Cable tv and internet. All new wood floors. Grill your catch on the new grill, or enjoy a cocktail on the deck while awaiting dinner. Monument Beach is the perfect location to relax and get away from it all, yet still be close to everything the Cape has to offer. The house is walking distance to the public beach, tennis courts, playground, convenience store, local ice-cream shoppe, bakery and pizza restaurant. You can take a short drive to several restaurants including the Lobster Trap and the Chart Room, the canal bike path, hiking trails, mini golf, water park or golf course. Sandwich, Mashpee, Hyannis, Falmouth, Woods Hole and Ferries to the Islands are close by for short day trips.
