End Barn at Blackclough Farm

Welcome to End Barn at Blackclough Farm, a tranquil retreat nestled in the heart of the Peak District within the dramatic Staffordshire Moorlands.

The barn has been beautifully transformed into a contemporary space, blending high-end design with original features. Couples will love the open-plan kitchen and lounge, complete with an exposed stone wall that reflects the building\'s rich history. The vaulted ceiling and log burner create a cozy atmosphere for romantic evenings, and upstairs, the mezzanine bedroom features a double bed, sofa, and en-suite shower room.

Situated in a Site of Special Scientific Interest, the property offers serene surroundings, with only the sounds of a nearby river and sheep as your neighbors. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the nearby walking, mountain biking, and climbing opportunities, while the village of Flash and the spa town of Buxton are within easy reach for local amenities and attractions.

Incredible views. Very peaceful.’

Location is incredible. Would be worth saying that certain cars would find it a challenge to get there even in good weather. Views and local walks are stunning. So peaceful. Easy for Buxton.

Lovely property - very cosy and clean, in an idyllic setting.

We hadn’t realised quite how remote the location was - we ended up being snowed in and had to stay longer than planned. Great communication from Finest Retreats, would stay again without hesitation. Thanks so much!

Beautifully converted barn located in a stunning rural landscape.

Beautifully converted barn located in a stunning rural landscape. We enjoyed visits from lambs, bunnies, and many grouse, right up to our windows. There are several excellent pubs and cafes within 15 to 20min drive. If you are looking for interacting with nature and peace and quiet, this is a great spot to stay.

What a fantastic little gem, beautiful, cosy, views to die for

End barn was beautiful and cosy, clean and tidy, all you need for a weeks stay, views to die for, peace and quiet, cosy fire, we would live here, thankyou so much for a great week for my 40th Sofa's aren't very comfy, toilet seat loose, water system noisy, road leading upto the barn is very steep, need reflective tape or cones etc so people know where the road starts and ends
