I stayed here with my family and we had a really good experience. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, so everyone slept well. The staff was kind and welcoming from the time we checked in until we left. They made us feel comfortable and were always happy to help with any questions. The breakfast was fresh and a nice way to start the day. For the price, this place was better than we expected. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay.

The hallway to our room smelled of stale urine and had poor lighting with a downward ramp at the start of the hall with NO handrail and a hole in the wall. This was supposed to be a non-smoking property. However, when we entered our room it smelled as if someone had just smoked a cigarette in the room. Then we checked the bathroom and there was mold growing around the perimeter of the bathtub. The staff was understanding when we told them we could not stay there for health reasons and agreed to help us with canceling our reservation through Expedia. However we are still fighting with Expedia to get a refund.

I had a great experience staying at Super 8 New Castle. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay very relaxing. The rooms were spacious, the bed was comfortable, and everything was in good working condition. The staff was friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. They were always available if I needed anything and made sure I felt welcome. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, gas stations, and the highway. I also appreciated the value for money. For the price, the quality of service and cleanliness exceeded my expectations. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay without compromising comfort. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The radio and alarm were not plugged in and when I plugged it in I could not set the time. The TV had very poor colors and the Guide did not work. The AC was difficult to adjust for fan speed. The bathroom towels and soaps were not changed during my 2 nights.and bed linens were not. The breakfast area has empty coffee dispensers, did not have knives to cut the waffles, there was no cream or milk for the coffee. The cereal dispenser was empty. The napkin boxes were empty. There was no one around to ask for help. The staff seemed friendly but incompetent.
