"The guest house is quiet, clean and comfortable. It is a short 15 minutes drive to downtown. Trish and Ian are very nice hosts. They made sure that we are always well stocked with the essentials. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vacation home in Victoria."

"Just what we needed and wanted for a quiet weekend retreat. For those who love to walk, as we do, enjoy a leisurely walk to the Butchart Gardens then make your way over to the Butterfly Gardens.We rented a car for excursions a little farther afield. No problem with the roadside parking. Fully stocked kitchen with a convection stove. The unit was modern, clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed cozying up by the warmth of the firepit, looking out onto the relaxing view of the tranquil bay. Our check-in host was punctual and courteous. The only very minor issue was that we were left wondering how to dispose of the garbage and the recycling, however we managed to work it out. Do not let this trivial issue discourage you from renting this amazing property. We certainly would do so again!"

"The house was very beautiful, and was a perfect fit for a party of 10. The host was very patient explaining all the details of the house when we first arrived. The house was very clean, and we could tell the host spent a lot of time maintaining the house. There was plenty of supplies in the house. The rooms were roomy and cozy. The game room was amazing which everyone would want to spend much time in there. Thanks for hosting us, would definitely want to come back and stay here again!"
