Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including all wellness amenities, the outdoor deck, and landscaped gardens. Parking is available onsite for your convenience.

Guest Numbers & Gatherings
This home is for registered guests only. No additional visitors, events, or gatherings are permitted.
Occupancy is monitored via Minut sensors (common areas only) and entry cameras. Breaches may result in cancellation, loss of bond, and reporting to the booking platform.
Noise & Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.
A Minut noise monitor (no audio recording) alerts us to high noise levels. Ongoing issues may result in booking cancellation and bond forfeiture.
Firewood
A small supply of firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace during the winter months (June–August). Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores.

Pet Policy
