Two additional bedrooms each offer plush double beds, while the fourth bedroom includes two king single beds, perfect for kids or extra guests. All beds feature new, high-quality mattresses and pillows to ensure restful sleep for all.
The heart of the home is its sunlit, open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The home is centrally air-conditioned and includes a wood-burning fireplace keeps things cozy on cooler nights, while huge windows provide natural light and lush garden views year-round. Step outside to the alfresco area, complete with BBQ and outdoor dining. The garden is fully enclosed, ideal for kids and pets. Yes, we`re pet friendly!

We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and will result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
Please note that there is a wood-burner available for your use in winter months, firewood is not supplied.
