Staff were all so helpful. They made us feel so welcome. Facilities are great. Only complaint was the boiler in the cupboard was on and the pipes were hot, which made the rooms very warm. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

The hotel has charm and is a little oasis next to an industrial and residential area. Close to the town centre and motorway . Staff and food were very good. The spa shown in the details does cost extra to use but is really superb with two pools, gym etc . There are plenty of grassed areas for my dog to run and it was very dog friendly . The rooms are a little tired and dated but perfectly fine for a short stay and will use again .

We felt a bit deceived by the pictures and health suite which you it turns out you have to extra for. The health suite is the best part. The grounds are also very nice. However, we paid a lot of money for a room that was next to an outside staff area. There was lots of smoking and swearing at inconsiderate times when we were asleep very early morning.
