The facility was extremely clean and all utilities from bathroom to air conditioning worked flawlessly. The staff was friendly and very courteous. The only dining option, full breakfast, included with our room was excellent. I would recommend this facility to anyone who visits Bursa and wants to take advantage of the thermal baths in the surrounding area.

Otelin konumu, odaların temizliği ve personelin sevgisi saygısı son derece üst düzeyde idi fakat KAHVALTI büyük nir fiyaskoydu. Çok yetersiz, küçük ve lezzetsizdi. Ayrıca böyle güzel bir otelin kahvaltısı neden açık büfe olmazki.

Odalar temizdi, konumu iyiydi. Sadece hamam kullanımında bir aksilik yaşadık, elektrik kesintisi oldu, bu çok normal olabilir ama gelmesi uzun sürmesine rağmen, hamamda ıslak zeminde iki çocukla zifiri karanlıkta kalmamıza rağmen herhangi bir çalışan iyi misiniz diye bile sormadı. Bu olay olmasa 5 yıldız olabilirdi.

Ailece kaldığımız Yıldız Otel yenilenmiş odaları geniş,çalışanlar ilgili ve nazikti.kahvaltısı açık büfe değil ve vasattı.klima ve Tv çok iyi çalışıyordu.minibar çeşitli ama ücretli,havlular, çarşaflar tertemizdi.odalar hergün temizleniyor.bizim odanın eksi yanı buzdolabı soğutmuyordu. Otelin içinde mini bir hamam da bulunmaktadır.
