Hotels.com dan rezervasyon ve ödemesini yaptığım işletmeye gittiğimde ödeme alamadıklarını söyleyerek tekrar ödeme istenmesi, resepsiyon kısmındaki çalışan kişinin tavırları ve odaların kapısı olsun, işletmedeki diğer eksiklerden dolayı konaklama yapmadım. Yaptığım ödemeyi henüz geri alamadım. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum, ben mağdur oldum başka insanlar mağdur olmasın.
