When we checked in, my son and I noticed the restroom wasn’t cleaned. Towel on the floor and missing toilet paper. Also, the second night I hope brushing our teeth we came across roaches around the sink. Staff no where to be seen to report this to

The woman at the check in desk was not very helpful at all. Dog park was filthy and gross. Tons of people using pool that were not hotel guests.

I was displeased that the Ice Machine Was not operational during Labor Day weekend. Spoke with the manager and was given a reason. Some of the staircases we used needed maintenance, and the pool was not clean when I went to use it later in the day. I was assured that I should have been clean, but other issues arose. Have to ask for the room to be serviced, as it's not a daily task.

Do not stay here

The room was absolutely disgusting and we ended up leaving 1 hour after check in because we refused to even sleep there. The room had dead bugs in all the corners, the sheets had dark hairs all over (not ours) and when we pulled back the blanket there was a crusty nasty brown stain on the sheets. The toilet wouldn’t even flush toilet paper down. The floors were so dirty they made the bottom of our feet turn black after walking just from the front door to the bathroom. The AC unit didn’t work properly and when it was turned on it would make an obnoxiously loud bang. The walls were soggy from prior water damage in the bathroom and the bottles of soap left out were half empty. The door handle was also wiggled several times and the chain lock on the door was barely hanging on. I 100% do not recommend this place due to the dirty and unsafe conditions. I will never be back.

The staff was frendly for sure but the room was filithy and smelled. I wiped off the sink and vanity with a few tissues and they were brown and green. Sink was slimy. I don't think the floors have been swept or mopped in quite some time. Just walking from the bathroom to the chair a few times my feet were black and felt like they were covered in sand and not to mention the amount of dirt, hair and grime that are in the corners and all over the baseboards. I'm not expecting 5 stars that's for sure however I do expect for the facility to be clean emough to feel comfortable. High state in mamy wyndhan hotels and this one was so disappointing 😞.

The staff people were very nice and helpful, it was in a good location to why we were there. I would improve the breakfast options, the eggs were inedible, not a big biscuit and gravy fan, would have enjoyed boiled eggs and more fruit options.
