The front desk employee took over 45 minutes to check me in, stating they no longer are contracted with expedia. She had me call Expedia and their customer service/billing department were able to contact the hotel and get things sorted out. However, I was stuck waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes after driving 9 hours. I've always had such a fast, smooth experience utilizing expedia for reservations

Room was very clean and staff was very friendly! Only complaint I have, but it wasn’t a deal breaker, is that the fridge in our room wasn’t working. Would definitely stay here again though!

We like the facility and it is in a good location. I would have rated it higher but we had no service of our room when we stayed. We've stayed at other places that had a "we only service your room if requested" but we weren't given that information if in fact it is the case. Otherwise the place was very good.

The staff was lovely, but not so much to make up for a property that appears not to have been maintained for a long time. Television didn't work, doors did not close completely, there were unfilled cracks in tile and plaster, and in general, the property was not clean.

Stayed at this hotel over the weekend to attend the bills v saints game and everything was great. Friendly staff and they quickly fixed a blocked sink. Also not to be underestimated is that they have CBS, NBC etc… so could watch all the other NFL games including in the lobby where they have a TV with the game on where I watched chiefs v ravens with some other friendly fellow fans. Will absolutely stay here in future if I go to buffalo again, go bills

There was a few hairs in the shower wall and the room definitely needed painting there was a lot of wear showing. But we were just passing through for one night so I cleaned the shower myself so we could use it and get some sleep.
