Nestled in the elegant tranquility of Sardinia’s northeastern coast, this exclusive villa with a private pool is located 300 meters from the stunning crystal-clear waters of Porto Ottiolu, just a short walk from beaches of the finest sand and hidden coves.

The villa features four bedrooms, three of which have en-suite bathrooms and one with a shared bathroom. The fifth bathroom is reserved for guests and includes a laundry area and washing machine. The property features a 1,000-square-meter garden and a 55-square-meter pool, 12 square meters of which is a shallow area with a children’s section. The villa has a spacious living area overlooking the garden and the pool. It is equipped with air conditioning, a barbecue area, and a large rooftop terrace from which to admire the sea and relax.
