Before I can inform you about the check-in information I need every guest personal datas, which must be recorded in the electronic guest book.
(Government rule 235/2019. (X. 15.) /16. § and 239/2009. (X. 20.) / 4. § (3)-(6a))

TO COMPLETE THE GOVERNMENTAL ELECTRONIC GUEST BOOK PLEASE SEND US YOUR VALID E-MAIL ADDRESS!
THE GOVERNMENT SYSTEM WILL SEND YOU A SECURE FORM TO FILL IN FOR ALL THE GUESTS.
WITHOUT THIS YOU CANT CHECK-IN ( This needs to be done at least 72 hours prior to arrival )


-This is a private house we try to fulthfill all requests that are communicated in advance.
-Contact phone number available anytime: on viber,whatsapp,sms,call and email...
-Please notify us about your estimated time of arrival in advance so we can plan on your arrival.
-To avoid waiting time we need a final notification 45 minutes before you arrive as it might be a delay of flight, traffic etc.

-DEPOSIT IS 200€ IN CASH AT CHECK-IN, without this you cant check in!
In case of no damage of loss in the apartment you get back the deposit at check-out.

-Please check your booking as we only host the number of guests that was the booking made for!
-In case you wish to modify on the number of guests you can modify your booking on your Vrbo.com page. Please note that the final booking fee might be different.
-In case of more guests try to check in no guests will be hosted.
-WE DONT ACCEPT GROUPS AND GUESTS 29 YEARS AND UNDER!
Guests under the age of 29 can only stay with their parents or a guardian over the age of 29.
Regarding the policy no guests will be checked in, and the booking fee will be refunded only with the guests chosen cancellation policy.


-Check in time is : 15h-21h
-Check out time is : 08h-11h
-Early check out (before 08h) is self check out and your deposit will be send back with only bank transfer.
-If a babycot is needed please notify us before. Based on the hygenic rules we cant supply baby bedding.

-If you are arriving with a car, we have a secure parking inside the garden for free.
-Parties are not allowed.
-Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs guest will be declined.
-In case of damage guest has to cover it.
-This is a non smoking apartment. Smoking is only on the terrace.
-Keep cleaniness, extreme garbage dirtiness, make up on towels is 50€ fee
-In case of loss of keys 50€ replacement fee applies.
-Early check-in possible from 9am in case of availability. Early check in fee 55€ via bank transfer at least 24 hours before your early check-in. ( after not possible )
-Storing luggages is not possible. ( we dont want to disturb the guests before or after you with your luggages being stored. )

-According to the recent EU and Hungarian government rules all accomocations must follow the maximum of 20-22 Celsius temperature regulations during the winter heating period.
-During the heating season, the air conditioner cannot be used for cooling. In this case, the heating must be turned down. All radiators are adjustable.

-These informations were also displayed before (Apartment Policies) when clicking booking confirmation you must have accepted them. In case you arent meeting the requirements you have 24 hours to cancel your booking with no reasons. After the 24 hours passed you can modify the booking with your chosen cancellation option.
