If price and location are your primary motivators, then this place might fit the bill for you. It’s difficult to find, the property is kind of run down (pictures are probably from when the property was renovated 10-15 yrs ago) and the there are essentially no windows.

2 local taxi drivers and I couldn't even find this place. locals on the street and businesses never heard of it. no number to call. I ended up renting a hotel room elsewhere to keep from staying on street after paying in advance for 2 nights lodging.

The place is at a great location and basically everything is accessible in a reasonable amount of time by public transport or walking. The unit is on the smaller side, but definitely comfortable for even 2-3 people. Very clean, well secured, very good communication with the host.
