2 entrance. 4 rooms apartment with twin beds and twin sofa-cum-beds in the living area.Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with diswasher and coffe machine. 3 bathrooms, each with toilette. Comfortable for 10 persons.
Newly refurbished to today’s standards in stylish classical design. Maybe the best location to discover the city. The famous Vaci street (Váci utca) just 2 minutes walk.

Heritage building surrounded by coffeshops and restaurants. The location is District 5 in a quiet street at University Square. Nearest Metro Station 50m. Main Market Hall, Danube River and the famous Vaci Street (Váci utca) are just 5 minutes walk. High speed Internet (super WiFi extension)

Both the 3 (red) and 4 (green) Metro is 50m from the house. V. district; Kecskeméti street 5.

This is a perfect place to stay right in the centre of Budapest. We travelled as a family of five and were able to make use of the kitchen facilities as well as being on the doorstep of plenty of other places to eat out. The National Museum is within five minutes' walk; the famous indoor market can also be reached on foot in under ten minutes.The accommodation itself was elegant and sufficiently equipped. Check in and check out were very straightforward. The three bathrooms were also very nice, showers were good and there was plenty of hot water. We found ubers the cheapest way to travel as a family of five.

Great Location and Flat

Had a wonderful time here. Located very well and easy to get to public transport. No issues at all, very smooth! Quiet at night, plenty of beds and bathrooms. Would stay again.

BudaPest Flat

Positives:- Very comfortable - plenty of space- We appreciated the washing machine (clothes dried very quickly without a dryer)- Host was very responsive when we had a few questions- We found the location convenient to the sites we wanted to visit in Pest as well as easy access to a number of restaurants, grocery stores and metro. Negatives:- Arrival instructions were incomplete - we had to follow up with the host to be able to get into the building and connect to Wi-Fi- We were only given two bath towels - no hand towels or wash clothes. For a lodging with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, there were insufficient towels as well as being very old. - While the linens and dishes were clean, the apartment could have used a thorough cleaning- chandeliers were extremely dusty, cobwebs, and area around washing machine was dirty, bedding was no longer white, making it feel old and less clean. Pillowcases were ok but pillows themselves were very old and stained. - It would have been nice for the host to provide shampoo and shower gel - we have found this to be a common practice in other rentals we have booked.

Great location, needs cleaning

We chose this property for its convenient location, which is excellent for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to several issues that should be addressed.The property desperately needs a deep cleaning. There were visible layers of dust on the chandeliers and under the beds, which was unacceptable. The layout is also odd, as you have to walk through a bedroom to access the other two bedrooms. Additionally, this is not a true four-bedroom property. A futon in the entryway is listed as a bedroom, but this space is not private or suitable as a sleeping area.While the bathrooms were great, one of the bedrooms had no bedding, and we had to find and make the bed ourselves. The drapes in every room were too narrow to cover the windows fully, compromising privacy. The kitchenware also required a deep cleaning before use.The lack of hospitality items was surprising. There were no basics such as coffee, sweetener, napkins, paper towels, or hand towels in the bathrooms. We were initially provided only two towels for three guests staying four nights, but additional towels were given upon request.With a thorough deep cleaning and the addition of some basic hospitality items, this property could be an excellent rental. However, based on our experience, we cannot recommend it in its current condition.

first time out of Canada

I must say, this was the best place possible for the 10 ppl I booked for. everything we wanted and needed was within walking distance for entertainment and the comfort of grocery stores and gift shopping for all kinds of food to taste. the cost was within our budget. Our host was always minutes away with an email or message back regarding any questions we had, not that we were left with many at all as we were told almost all that we needed before arriving.

Beautiful Budapest

Great location to see much of Budapest, spacious and well-equipped apartment, which was great for our family group of 5. Yvette was prompt with communication and helpful. On 4th floor, it took a bit of getting used to the creaky old lift, but we adjusted OK. Would definitely use the apartment again if our travels take us to Hungary.

EXCELLENT LOCATION IN THE HEART OF THE CITY

This is an amazing little flat. Walking distance to everything and/or taxis if need be. Great little bakery right outside the door for your morning croissant. Elevator too as it is on the fourth floor. Kitchen is well equipped! Would definitely stay here again.

Great home and a great location!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Yvette’s home. It was perfect for us with everything we needed! The location was great close to restaurants and shopping. We walked to all the sites we wanted to see and felt safe at night.

Great Location

What an awesome place. Layout is different, but not a big deal. The one negative for us was the air conditioning. Listed as an amenity, it hardly worked. If that is big(during summer) hopefully it gets addressed for you. Otherwise, incredibly convenient. Street tons of food options, quiet, and the fragrance of the flowers was amazing.

Long weekend for family of our

We throughly enjoyed our stay here! The property manager was very accommodating - met us at 2am after our flight was delayed! The place was just as advertised. There was plenty of space for two adults and two teens. The bedrooms were quite big and having three bathrooms was very nice. We didn’t need the fourth ‘bedroom’ which was a large futon in the kitchen so we enjoyed having that space to relax in. Great location!

COVID 19 has taken control of our world. Unfortunately, We had to cancel our vacation to Budapest.

Yvette was very good at communicating our booking. Our 5 star rating is just a guess, as we have never been there. We were disappointed that we couldn’t have a refund after having to cancel our booking due to COVID 19. We are presently awaiting a reply as vrbo sent an e mail stating their commission has been waived and should be refunded, related to travels cancelled due to the virus. The world as we knew it has changed, but if we are able to visit in the future, we will! Staying home is the best thing we can all do right now. Stay safe everyone. Brenda, John, Ryan, and Kara. Great neighborhood with excellent restaurants right across the street

Loved the central location, the apartment was very clean, our only issue was the master bedroom had to be walked through to get from the back bedrooms to the living room. This was difficult for the 3 couples staying especially since one of the bathrooms was off the living room.

Nice location but not ideal for large groups

My family and I stayed at this apartment in June 2019. The location is very good - many restaurants, stores and tourist attractions within walking distance, and a number of options literally right as you walk out the door. Relatively easy to catch a taxi at a hotel down the street. The property manager was also very helpful and responsive. And the price was quite reasonable. We were disappointed, however, when we arrived and saw that it was an exaggeration to say that the place could comfortably sleep our group of 10 (5 adults and 5 teenagers). In fact, upon walking in and seeing that they would have to sleep on a sofa in the kitchen with sheets that didn't come close to fitting, 2 members of our family group made hotel reservations and left. After one night, another 2 family members went to a hotel because the experience was so cramped. For this reason, I wouldn't recommend more than 6 to stay here unless you are the type who doesn't really care where or how you sleep. The other negative was the air conditioning - it worked well in the kitchen in the front of the apartment but had little impact as you moved further into the property and was a non-factor in the back bedroom and bathroom. Not a complete deal breaker, but Hungary gets very warm in the summer, and it made for some restless nights...

Adorable unit located in a great area

Loved the location!

The apartment was in an excellent location. It has a bakery right next door which was wonderful. It was spacious and easily accommodated 6 adults. I would definitely recommend this apartment.
