Welcome to Risco 305, a bright and contemporary apartment located in the lively center of Bucerías. This condo had every amenity. Great location, amazing rooftop pool and lounging area. (It could have used a few more loungers) as well as access to a barbecue. The condo is close to everything, including shops, beach and many great restaurants. The condo was missing a few things when we arrived, but the owner was quick to accommodate. However, there are still a few utensils and supplies missing in the kitchen. The one big drawback for us was the noise. Band noise till the early hours and then the annoying rooster at 4:30 AM every morning!Security was great and the cleaning once a week was very well done..

the cleaners did a great job. The unit was very spacious and conveniently located. I did have trouble connecting with beach please due to secured passwords. However, once I connected with Dieago all went well.The music was a problem to start , but we adapted later.
