Good location but poor service

Good location with great walkability to beach, shops, restaurants and market. Terrible communication from before we arrived and while we were there. Our unit was clean and had the basics. We stayed 9 nights and did not receive fresh towels or linens while we were there, nor was there in suite laundry for us to wash our own. When we tried to request assistance the staff was not able to communicate in English to help us.
