*The space*

In this brand-new apartment, there is a bedroom with a custom-made king-size bed, a work desk, and a private full bathroom with a "rain" shower and two sinks.
In the living room, there is a comfortable sofa that turns into a full bed for a third guest to sleep comfortably as well as a second full bathroom.
The frontal balcony has outside chairs and a table to enjoy sunsets and the amazing view of the Pacific Ocean.
Both the living room and bedroom windows have motorized roller blinds and UV protection film to reduce the heat and keep the apartment nice and cool.
The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped with an electric stove, a microwave oven, a large fridge and freezer, a blender, a coffee maker, and all the basics for cooking.

1) the location is good. Quick walk to the beach or to many restaurants and bars nearby. 2) The room is located directly below a bar which can cause it to be quite loud in the evenings.3) The room is directly above the main road in town which allows for the partial ocean view. However it is very noisy due to constant water delivery trucks, traffic and motorcycles4) For longer stays, Please note the room does not have an oven or something smaller like an air fryer. This makes it a little difficult to cook. 5) It was advertised as being able to sleep 3 people with the sofa couch. However we were only supplied one set of bedding and it took some work finding a 2nd set of bedding.6) The pool area is a little bit worn and dated with the fake grass. The staff does their very best to keep it clean. During the busy times of year, Many of the pool chairs were "claimed" with towels first thing in the morning. The front staff were very nice and always had a smile on their face. The property itself was overpriced for amenities, location.

The apartment was lovely and the view spectacular. The location was perfect....very close to the beach and walking distance to many excellent restaurants .The pool area is very nice, but i think it would be overcrowded during the peak winter season.

The room was beautiful, however the walls are thin. We could hear every word the people next door said, and when both rooms tried to watchTV at the same time they changed what we were watching. An information sheet in the room would be very helpful. There were no instructions on how to set a code on the safe, or where to dispose of various categories of trash, or when check out time was, or where beach towels were stored. As for the facility: There are not enough beach chairs at the pool. The location is excellent for those who like the hustle and bustle and noise of bands playing at night. We would prefer a little more quiet and laid back atmosphere next time. enough chairs by the pool

The condo was amazing. the pool and fitness area was superb! Two issues - the safe was not working and the front check in was confusing as no one spoke English. I would recommend this condo to any of my friends.

We fully enjoyed our stay and received excellent assistance from staff. Quality bedding, comfortable bed, plenty of bath and beach towels + fully equipped kitchen. Short walk to beach and restaurants. We highly recommend this apartment.
