Great apartment and location!

The apartment at the ground floor is in a new and modern building located 1 block from the beach (2 minutes). It is a private with a pretty non-heated pool (a little chill in December) but opened up the living space. The rooftop pool is very cool with open view to the ocean and coast (perfect for sunsets). We had our meals outside at walking distance and if you need groceries (large supermarket) it’s 15-20 minutes walk (or people rent bikes/golf cart). We were able to park our car by the building and it is a very safe and secure neighborhood. For the building , there is always someone at the front desk. We loved the human size town. And if you venture up the street (North) and at the of the street, cross the bridge and you are enter a very authentic Mexico village with markets and street food (post office nearby). It was totally fine to drive to PV and Sayulita for any activities (surfing, whale watching, etc). Otherwise, very clean place and great host always available.

The property is very nice, clean and safe. There was an issue with the AC and the host was on it and resolved the issues immediately. The only negative issue was that the host had to enter the condo twice looking for paperwork for the owner and I found that to be strange that it couldn’t wait until we checked out. The condo does come with its own pool if you prefer to swim in private. The staff was very polite and friendly. I would recommend this property or any property located within the Mina property.
